Scope
Increlon Affiliate - E2E is an affiliate-program software product operated by Intulon under the Increlon Affiliate brand as a subsidiary business line of Intulon LLC.
Intulon provides Increlon Affiliate - E2E to help Shopify merchants manage affiliate onboarding, campaign offers, coupon-based attribution, and commission workflows.
This Privacy Policy applies to data processed through the app, related support interactions, and operational logs generated while the app is installed on a merchant's Shopify store.
Information Intulon collects
The app collects and stores merchant account and store information needed to install, authenticate, configure, and operate the service.
The app also stores operational records created by merchants while using the product.
- Shop information such as the Shopify shop domain, install state, subscription state, and email-template configuration stored for that shop.
- Session data provided through Shopify authentication, which can include user identifiers, names, email addresses, locale, and access-token metadata.
- Affiliate records entered by merchants, including affiliate name, email address, social handle, notes, slug, status, default commission rate, and hold-window settings.
- Campaign, product, order, and commission records used to operate affiliate offers, including coupon codes, product snapshots, order numbers, sale states, commission states, and payout timing.
How Intulon uses information
- Authenticate merchants inside Shopify and maintain app sessions.
- Provide affiliate registration, approval, coupon, attribution, and commission-management features.
- Store merchant-defined email templates and related configuration.
- Track app subscription state and related billing status exposed through Shopify.
- Support troubleshooting, reliability, abuse prevention, and merchant support requests.
- Respond to legal, security, and privacy obligations, including Shopify compliance webhooks.
Data sharing
Intulon does not sell merchant or buyer personal information through this app.
Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that Intulon and its Increlon Affiliate subsidiary operations use to host, secure, monitor, and operate the application, subject to contractual or operational controls appropriate to the service being provided.
Data may also be disclosed when required to comply with law, enforce the service terms, investigate fraud or abuse, or fulfill valid requests routed through Shopify's compliance processes.
Retention and deletion
Intulon keeps merchant data only for as long as needed to operate the app, maintain required business records, and satisfy legal obligations.
Based on the current implementation, the app deletes shop data after Shopify sends the mandatory shop redaction webhook following uninstall, and it clears stored app sessions for that shop at the same point.
When Shopify sends a customer redaction webhook and the app can match the request to an affiliate record by email address, the app anonymizes the affiliate's stored personal details in place.
Data rights and Shopify compliance
Shopify requires public apps to support privacy-law compliance workflows. This app is configured to receive the mandatory compliance webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction requests, and shop redaction requests.
Merchants or individuals seeking access, correction, deletion, or similar privacy support should contact Intulon at support@intulon.com so the request can be handled through the appropriate workflow.
International processing and security
Intulon may process and store information in jurisdictions where it or its service providers operate. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, Intulon should rely on appropriate safeguards for the relevant transfer.
The app is intended to run over secured transport and to use Shopify's embedded app and webhook validation patterns. No system is perfectly secure, but Intulon aims to limit access to data to what is necessary to operate the service.
