Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern a merchant's use of Increlon Affiliate - E2E, a Shopify application operated by Intulon under the Increlon Affiliate brand as a subsidiary business line of Intulon LLC.

By installing, accessing, or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and to any applicable Shopify platform terms that govern the merchant's Shopify account and app usage.

Service description

Increlon Affiliate - E2E is designed to support affiliate onboarding, approval, campaign and coupon configuration, order attribution, delayed commission validation, and related merchant workflows inside Shopify.

Intulon may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, operational maintenance, or product evolution across the Increlon Affiliate service.

Merchant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, billing, and configuration information.
  • Use the app only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Shopify's policies and applicable law.
  • Maintain the accuracy of affiliate, customer-discount, commission, and campaign settings created in the app.
  • Obtain any permissions, notices, or consents needed for affiliate and customer data entered or processed through the service.
  • Protect merchant credentials and restrict app access to authorized personnel.

Billing and subscriptions

If the app offers paid plans or subscription features, charges should be presented and accepted through Shopify's approved billing surfaces or pricing workflows.

Merchants are responsible for reviewing the plan, pricing, and billing cadence shown at approval time. Fees already billed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise by Intulon.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app to violate privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property laws.
  • Do not interfere with the app, probe it for unauthorized access, or attempt to bypass Shopify or Intulon security controls.
  • Do not use the app to process unlawful content, deceptive promotions, or fraudulent affiliate activity.

Data and privacy

Use of personal and operational data through the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages linked from the app footer.

Merchants remain responsible for their own privacy notices, customer communications, and lawful handling of data they control in their stores and affiliate programs.

Termination

A merchant may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify.

Intulon may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intulon disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intulon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the merchant's use of the app.

Changes to these terms

Intulon may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted at this URL with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the app after an update becomes effective means the merchant accepts the revised terms.
